What are your workouts this week? God willing, mine are looking like this:
Monday: Leg day. I feel like squatting, lunging and deadlifting
Tuesday: Hiking in Seaton Trail and core work
Wednesday: Back and biceps. P.M will include Pilates class
Friday: Chest, shoulders, triceps
Sunday: Restorative yoga
