Date With My Trainers

I was the perfect healthy, mindful eater this Easter weekend. I fueled my body with only nourishing foods and avoided chocolate at all cost. If you believed this intro to my post, I got you! Happy April Fools Day. I still know how to execute a good prank from time to time. To be honest, I had one too many of those Easter eggs that are dyed on the outside and chocolate on the inside. Now my insides are not too happy with me.

Must get to the gym and undo that damage. Come on trainers, you and I have some work to do.

Did you stick to your usual eating habits this holiday weekend? The great thing about falling off the saddle is that we can jump back on again.

  1. So true- you can jump back on the saddle the next day. I feel like holidays are meant for indulging. I definitely did not hold back on my chocolate and savory foods this weekend. Now it’s time to step up the workouts!
