Mid Point Measurements

When I started this journey three months ago, my measurements were as follows:

Shoulder Width: 36 inches

Bust: 31 inches

Upper back: 30 inches

Waist: 28 inches

Hips: 41 inches

Today, October 15th, 2012. My mid-point measurements are….

Shoulder Width: 36.5 inches

Bust: 31 inches

Upper back: 32 inches

Waist: 28 inches

Hips: 38 inches

So I have seen slight progress, but still progress nonetheless. I have gained a wee bit of width in my shoulders and upper back (thank you chin ups and Arnold presses) and a slight reduction in my hips, albeit not as much as I would like. So going into the second leg of this journey, I will really have to decrease my white rice/starch dependency and this will hopefully help me to see better results. It is complicated, because the thing is I don’t want to lose weight. If I lost weight I would be really scrawny in the upper half of my body. I want to slim down the hip/thigh region and gain mass in upper body region. I didn’t take any pics; feeling a little lazy. However, I look the same as the first set, just a little broader in the lateral region. I will take pictures 3 months from today, so there should be a more obvious difference. So to sum it all up, I am still living in the Jurassic era as the most ferocious beast to roam the earth! Roar!
